MinutesKept is a Google Sheets tracker for parents of children with an IEP. This page explains, in plain English, what information we handle and why.
The tracker itself
When you use the MinutesKept kit, you make your own copy of a Google Sheet in your own Google Drive. Everything you type there stays in your Google account. We cannot see it, and we never ask you for access to it.
What we collect on this website
Only what you type into our two forms (the free checklist and the free beta):
- your email address;
- for the beta: your role (parent, advocate, teacher or therapist, other) and an optional note about what's hard to track;
- that you agreed to receive emails, the date you signed up, and the country your request came from (provided by Cloudflare).
Please don't include your child's name or other personal details in the note. We never need them.
Why we collect it
To send you the checklist, run the free beta, and send occasional MinutesKept emails you agreed to. Every email will include a way to unsubscribe.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Signups are stored in MinutesKept's Cloudflare account. Only the MinutesKept founders can access them. We do not sell, rent or share your information. If we later use an email service to send messages, we will list it here.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and animation code from cdnjs (Cloudflare); like any website, those services receive your IP address when your browser requests the files.
Children
This site is for parents, caregivers and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. We will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
